Because of Bubbles Rescue began after Amanda and Andrew Schmitz met Bubbles, a blue pit bull mix who arrived in critical condition after enduring devastating neglect. Bubbles’ sister died on the way to help. Bubbles survived.

Her fight exposed what happens to dogs who are abused, medically neglected, abandoned, or simply overlooked. The rescue exists to make sure those dogs are seen, treated, protected, and given a real future.
